Why Highland Park works
Highland Park families tend to ask me for the same thing: photographs that feel polished without feeling posed. The neighborhood is made for it, with mature trees, quiet streets and three parks within a short drive of each other.
I photograph family, newborn and maternity sessions in Highland Park and University Park, outdoors at golden hour or in your own home. I give gentle direction, then let your family be a family.

Three parks
Lakeside Park on Turtle Creek is the classic: manicured greenery, a scenic bridge and calm water. It is easy to walk, so grandparents and toddlers do fine.
Prather Park is looser and more playful, with tree-covered paths and a shallow creek kids love.
Flippen Park has the gazebo and gardens, and works for family portraits, engagements and seniors alike.
At home
For newborns and maternity, many families prefer to stay home. We use the rooms with the best window light, usually the nursery and your bedroom, and I work around whatever else is happening. See in-home newborn sessions and maternity sessions.
Investment
The Portrait Experience begins at $750 and runs about 90 minutes, with a styling and location consultation and a full high-resolution gallery with printing rights. In-home newborn sessions are $800, and maternity begins at $750. A signed agreement and a 50% reservation fee hold your date.
