The contract is signed. The date is held. You officially have a wedding photographer.
Now what?
Most photographers go quiet after booking. You hear from them a month before the wedding, get a generic questionnaire, and hope for the best.
That’s not how I work.
I’ve spent 20 years building a process that takes the stress out of your wedding day long before you walk down the aisle. I call it the Concierge Experience — and it starts the day you book.
Month 1: The Foundation
The first month is about getting to know each other. Not just your wedding details — you as a couple.
You’ll get access to your private client portal. But here’s the thing — I’m not going to dump everything on you at once. You just got engaged. You’re already drowning in decisions.
In Month 1, you’ll see three things:
- Your contract and invoice — simple, clear, no surprises
- The Engagement Vibe Check — a short questionnaire about your style, your energy, your comfort level in front of a camera
- Direct access to me — my personal phone number. Not an assistant. Not a chatbot. Me.
That’s it. Breathe. We’ll add more when you’re ready.
Month 2: The Style Guide
Right before your engagement session, you’ll unlock the Style Guide.
This isn’t a list of rules. It’s a lookbook designed to help you feel confident — what to wear, what to avoid, how to coordinate without matching, and why your shoes matter more than you think.
Your Engagement Session
This is where we build trust.
By the time we meet for your engagement session, I already know your style, your vibe, and your comfort level. You already know me. The awkward “hi, nice to meet you, now look into each other’s eyes” thing? Doesn’t happen here.
We’ll spend an hour or two at a location that fits you — Deep Ellum if you’re creative and urban, the Arboretum if you love nature, downtown Dallas if you want architecture and light. I’ll guide you without posing you. We’ll laugh. You’ll forget the camera is there.
And here’s the thing that changes everything: by your wedding day, you’ll already know what it feels like to be photographed by me. No surprises. No learning curve. Just trust.
3 Months Before: The Blueprint
This is when we get tactical.
You’ll receive the Wedding Blueprint Questionnaire — a detailed walkthrough of your day. Ceremony details, reception layout, key family members, VIP guests, the moments that matter most to you.
This is where I learn that your grandmother is the most important person in the room. That your partner’s best friend is flying in from overseas. That there’s a family dynamic we need to navigate gently.
The blueprint isn’t a formality. It’s how I show up prepared — so you don’t have to manage me on your wedding day.
1 Month Out: The Family Shot List
One month before the wedding, you’ll complete the VIP Family Shot List.
This is the short list of must-have formal portraits — parents, grandparents, siblings, the people who would be hurt if they weren’t in a photo. I keep this list tight and efficient so we spend 15 minutes on formals, not 45.
I also build your custom timeline during this phase. We’ll map the entire day together — ceremony start, first look, cocktail hour, sunset window, reception entrance. Every minute accounted for, with built-in breathing room.
Zero stress. That’s the first pillar of the Concierge Experience, and this is where it lives.
Your Wedding Day
By the time your wedding day arrives, we’ve been working together for months. You know me. I know your day inside and out. There are no surprises.
I arrive early. I check the light. I find the angles. And then I disappear into your day.
You’ll see me in your periphery, but you won’t feel managed. I’m not going to pull you away from cocktail hour for 40 minutes of portraits. I’m going to capture what’s actually happening — the joy, the tears, the chaos, the quiet moments between the loud ones.
48 Hours Later: The Sneak Peek
This is the second pillar: Instant Gratification.
Within 48 hours of your wedding, you’ll receive a curated sneak-peek gallery. Not a month later. Not “6-8 weeks.” Forty-eight hours.
These are the images that make you cry on a Tuesday morning. The ones you text to your mom. The ones that end up as your new phone wallpaper before the weekend.
Your full gallery follows within a few weeks — every image edited to the same editorial standard. Magazine-worthy, but 100% authentically you. That’s the third pillar: Editorial Quality.
Why This Matters
The Concierge Experience isn’t a marketing gimmick. It’s 20 years of learning what couples actually need — and building a process around it.
You need to feel known, not managed. Prepared, not overwhelmed. And you need to feel like your photographer is a partner in your day, not a vendor checking boxes.
That’s what this is. Start to finish.
Want to experience this for yourself? I’m currently booking late 2026 and 2027 weddings across DFW and destinations. Collections start at $3,850 and every one includes the full Concierge Experience.
